Waterville Food Pantry Report
The Waterville Food Pantry serves families in the Waterville School District. We contribute food and money to support the Food Pantry. Thanks to all the contributors and to Noreen Machold who delivers the food we offer each Sunday to the Pantry.
In a letter to the editor in the Waterville Times, January 24, 2018, the Food Pantry reported that:
• 125 families were provided with food baskets at Thanksgiving and Christmas
• 62 households (2,370 meals) were supplied with food during December 2017
• 100 children receive bags of food to take home from school each weekend.
The pantry volunteers stress that We rely on the generosity of others to provide food security programs for our community.

Volunteer at the Food Pantry
The Waterville Area Food Pantry is open from 3:00-4:30 on the first, third and fourth Mondays. Volunteers are needed to help with the clients on the days the Pantry is open. The more helpers, the less often one needs to work, as no fewer than 4 people are needed each Monday. If you can help out, please contact Vicki Sabol at 841-4996. Thanks to Noreen Machold for taking the our donations to the Food Pantry every week.
